The Vertex 05 Geo is Pablo Cardona's racket, and it's the most attack-focused version of the Vertex so far. Its main difference is the geometric head. The top of the racket is wider at the 2 and 10 o'clock positions, which takes the hitting surface to 541 cm². For you, that means a bigger sweet spot higher up the face, which is exactly where you hit smashes and high volleys.

Who it's for

How it plays

• A bigger target up top. The wider upper head gives you more margin on overheads and a better launch angle, so smashes you catch slightly off-centre still have plenty of power behind them.
• Explosive leverage. It has a geometric diamond shape and a high balance, with the weight in the head for maximum force on smashes, volleys and attacking shots.
• A firm, compact feel. The face is Xtend Carbon 3K, which gives a direct, compact response. Behind it is a MultiEva core with more than one foam density, giving plenty of power on fast swings and enough touch for slower play.
• Faster through the air. The Air Power channels are 50% wider, and Bullpadel says they cut drag by up to 23%. The Curv:Aktiv frame is angled at 31.6° to resist twisting. Together, they help the head get up to speed quickly.
• Steady on mishits. The Vertex Core double bridge runs diagonally and spreads impact forces across the frame, so the racket twists less when you don't catch the ball cleanly.
• Spin. A heavy-duty Top Spin rough finish gives extra grip for slice and topspin.
• Comfort. Bullpadel says the Ease Vibe dampeners absorb up to 49% of high-frequency vibration. The Hesacore grip helps your hand stay comfortable.
• Tune it to you. It works with the CustomWeight system for adjusting the balance.
